1. Deposit & Payment Requirements
To confirm your booking, payment requirements vary based on your travel date:
Treks (Kili/Meru)
10% Deposit
Required to confirm your reservation. Balance due 1 day before tour start.
Safaris & Lodging
30% Deposit
Required for lodge bookings and vehicle reservations. Balance due 1 day before start.
Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings within 14 days for Safaris or 7 days for Treks require 100% full payment to secure your spot.
2. Secure Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partners: DPO Group and Pesapal. We accept:
- Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) - 5% surcharge applies.
- POS Machine at our Moshi office - 5% surcharge applies.
- Cash (USD, EURO, GBP, TZS) - No surcharge.
3. Confirmation
Reservations are not officially confirmed until the deposit is received and acknowledged in writing by our team. The services included in your package are exactly as outlined in your final tour itinerary.
